JENNINGS COUNTY, Ind. -- One person was killed Tuesday morning when a semi crashed into an unoccupied INDOT vehicle on I-65.
The crash happened around 3 a.m., north of Exit 50 in the southbound lanes of I-65.
The driver of the semi was killed. He was identified as James Foster, 65. The INDOT vehicle had red and yellow lights and a flashing arrow at the time of the crash.

Southbound I-65 was closed, but it re-opened around 7 a.m.
