INDIANAPOLIS -- One person is dead after a stabbing on Indianapolis' near east side Wednesday morning.
The house is on the 900 block of Oakland Avenue.
A detective on the scene said the male homeowner stabbed the male victim. A woman was upstairs at the time of the incident. She wasn't hurt.
Police originally said the person stabbed was a man burglarizing the home, but now say they're investigating all theories.
