LAFAYETTE, Ind. -- A teenager was arrested in connection with slashed tires in Lafayette, Indiana.
Detectives arrested a 16-year-old male teen and preliminarily charged him with criminal mischief.
Police say there were as many as 51 reports of slashed tires that could've been involved.
He was taken to Tippecanoe County Juvenile Probation. His name is being withheld, due to his age.
Police say more arrests could follow.
Police previously released photos of a person and a light-colored pickup truck, hoping somebody would recognize the photos.
