INDIANAPOLIS -- In a particularly violent night in Indianapolis, there were six shootings, one fatal, between 8 p.m. Thursday and 1 a.m. Friday.
The first happened around 8 p.m., on the 500 block of Narrow Brook Drive. One person was shot - their condition is unknown.
The second shooting happened about 30 minutes later, on the 4000 block of Cass Court. One person, Keith Freeman Jr., was killed. Police say Freeman was killed in a fight with his father, 63-year-old Keith Freeman Sr. The father has been arrested by police.

Two hours later, a person was shot in the stomach on the 8500 block of Whippoorwill Drive, which is near the intersection of Hague Road and 86th Street.
Somebody was hospitalized in the city's fourth shooting of the night around 11:30 p.m., near the intersection of Jefferson Avenue and E. New York Street. They were shot in the wrist and abdomen and taken to Eskenazi.
Just before 1 a.m., a 22-year-old man was shot inside an apartment at the International Village Apartment Homes, which is near Speedway.
The final shooting happened around 1 a.m., near the intersection of 28th Street and Lafayette Road.
