INDIANAPOLIS -- A gas station clerk was shot and killed early Friday morning during a robbery of the business on Indianapolis' west side.
The shooting happened around 3 a.m., at a McClure gas station near the intersection of Lynhurst Drive and Rockville Road.
Police found 52-year-old Susan Seel suffering from a bullet wound to the head. She was taken to Methodist Hospital, where she died a short time later. She was first discovered by somebody who comes to the gas station frequently to get coffee.

A police K-9 search for the suspect was unsuccessful.
