Woman's stabbing death ruled homicide

INDIANAPOLIS -- Detectives with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department are investigating a woman's death last week as a homicide.

The woman, Hallie Bullard, 26, was found around noon Friday in a house on the 400 block of Rybolt Avenue.

Police couldn't find any obvious signs of trauma, but during an autopsy, the coroner learned she had been stabbed.

The Marion County Coroner's Office then ruled the death a criminal homicide.
