Members of a youth football team from Boise, Idaho are being heralded as heroes after the players helped save the victims of a car crash in Oregon.

The Boise Black Knights, a 13-and-under football team, were traveling home after winning the Rocky Mountain Football Championships in San Jose, California when they came across a flipped vehicle on the side of the road.

The team sprung into action, rushing out of three vans and to the aid of the people trapped inside the vehicle.

After helping a man get to safety, the football team worked together to life the car and allow a woman to crawl free.
