INDIANAPOLIS — Governor Eric Holcomb has directed flags in Randolph County to be flown at half-staff to honor fallen firefighter Kyle Osgood.

Osgood was killed last weekin a single-vehicle crash while driving to the scene of a barn fire.

Flags should be flown at half-staff from sunrise until sunset in Randolph County on Wednesday, May 31.
