HUNTINGTON COUNTY — A man from New Haven drove under a moving semi-truck for more than a mile Sunday afternoon on Interstate-69 in Huntington County.
Indiana State Police troopers and emergency personnel were called around 12 p.m. to the interstate, just north of the Markle exit, after a man lost control of his 1989 Ford Mustang and drove under a semi-truck, ISP Sgt. Ron Galaviz said in a press release.
The 59-year-old Canadian semi-truck driver did not realize the crash had occurred for at least a mile and a half later, Galaviz said.
Neither driver was seriously injured in the crash, Galaviz said.
Troopers believe the crash was caused by a mechanical issue with the Ford Mustang, Galaviz said.
