NEW ALBANY — The Silver Alert for Kamryn Bowman was canceled around 7:45 p.m. Thursday after he was safely located, New Albany Police Department Chief Todd Bailey said in an email.

NEW ALBANY — A Silver Alert has been declared for a 14-year-old boy missing from New Albany.
Kamryn Bowman, described as being 5 feet 8 inches tall, 125 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes, was last seen around 12:30 p.m. Thursday, according to the Silver Alert. He was last seen wearing black shorts and blue Nike shoes.
Bowman is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance, according to the alert.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call 911 or New Albany Police Department officers at 812-944-6411.
