UPDATE: Indiana State Police have a canceled the Silver Alert for a missing 17-year-old in Fort Wayne.

FORT WAYNE — A Silver Alert was declared Saturday night for a missing 17-year-old girl from Fort Wayne.
Fort Wayne Police Department officers are looking for Vivian Alexis Ziko, described as being a white female, 5 feet 1 inch tall, weighing 102 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes, according to the alert. She was last seen around 12 p.m. Saturday.
Ziko was last seen wearing a yellow and gray stripped shirt and dark blue jeans, according to the alert.
Police believe Ziko may be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance, according to the alert.
Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call police at 260-427-1222 or 911.
