FORT WAYNE — A Silver Alert was declared Thursday evening for an 81-year-old man who was been missing since Thursday afternoon from Fort Wayne.
Jack Hevel, described as being 5 foot 8 inches tall, weighing 165 pounds, with gray hair and hazel eyes, was last seen around 1 p.m. Thursday wearing a short sleeved plaid button up shirt, with a gold T-shirt underneath and brown shorts, according to the alert. He has "Nancy" tattooed on his upper right arm and a skull and cross bones on
He was last seen driving a 2000 Chevy S10 truck with Indiana license plate TK133LRV.
Hevel is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance, according to the alert.
