Silver Alert canceled for missing South Bend woman

SOUTH BEND — A Silver Alert was canceled for a missing South Bend woman on Sunday night after being declared on Saturday night.

South Bend Police Department officers were looking for Tamari Lymas, 44, described as being 5 feet 3 inches tall, weighing 135 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes, according to Silver Alert. Lymas is also missing one of her front teeth, has burn marks from her right arm to her right knee.

Lymas was last seen around noon Saturday wearing and pink, purple, and tie-dye dress with flip flops, according to the alert.

She was believed to be in extreme danger.
