The biggest hit the Colts took other than the "1" in the loss column Sunday was the late game injury to their No. 1 wide receiver T.Y. Hilton.
In the Week 1 loss to the Buffalo Bills, Hilton sustained a knee injury in the closing stages of the third quarter, forcing him to leave Sunday's game early.
He will undergo an MRI, according to ESPN.
Owner Jim Irsay said Hilton's X-ray was negative, but he could still miss some time. He said the knee "doesn't look like it's anything real serious."

Monday morning, NFL.com reporter Ian Rapoport reported that Hilton could miss 1-2 games with the knee bruise.

If Hilton does miss time, Andre Johnson will step in as the No. 1, with Donte Moncrief at the No. 2 wide out and Phillip Dorsett filling the slot No. 3 role.
In mid-August, the Colts extended Hilton's contract until the 2020 season.

In 26 starts, Hilton has 214 catches for 3,289 yards and 19 touchdowns.
