INDIANAPOLIS -- As yet another reminder not to drive through high water, emergency crews had to rescue a car stuck during Wednesday morning's rain.

According to the National Weather Service, six inches of fast-moving flood water is enough to knock over an adult. Two feet of rushing water can carry vehicles away.
