INDIANAPOLIS -- A lockdown at an Indianapolis school is over after a west-side pharmacy was robbed.
Robey Elementary School, located at 8700 W. 30th St., was on lockdown, according to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department.
The lockdown ended around 10:30 a.m.
The nearby Eagle Highland Pharmacy was robbed Wednesday morning.
Police are searching for a black man with a red mask or scarf, a dark hoodie and dark pants. He was holding a red or black bag. He was armed with a handgun.
Police used K-9s to try and track down the suspect, but were unsuccessful.
Nobody was hurt in the robbery.
Editor's note: Police initially said a CVS was robbed, when it was the Eagle Highland Pharmacy.
