INDIANAPOLIS -- Officers with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department arrested four people Thursday after a drug investigation.
The four people, Doronata Washington, Derrick Young, Nathan Washington and Lavern Johnson were all arrested on various drug charges.
Nathan Washington, the target of the investigation, was arrested on charges of:
- Dealing narcotics
- Possession of heroin, marijuana and paraphernalia
- Serious violent felon in possession of a handgun
- Dealing marijuana
- Maintaining a common nuisance
Police made numerous purchases from Nathan Washington over the course of the investigation.
When a search warrant was served in the 3800 block of Brickenwood Terrace, police found:
- Suspected heroin
- Suspected marijuana
- A gun
- More than $2,400 in cash
