MUNCIE — Two men have been arrested on suspicion of fatally shooting two people during a suspected home invasion early Wednesday, police say.
The suspects were both being held Thursday at Delaware County Jail, according to online jail records.
They're accused of killing Malcolm Perdue, 69, and Kyndra Skinner, 51, who Muncie officers found shot while they responded about 4:57 a.m. to a home in the 2900 block of South Liberty Street. Both were later pronounced dead at the scene.
A probable cause affidavit alleges the suspects forced their way into the home while armed with guns to rob the victims before shooting them to death.
