INDIANAPOLIS — A man who was shot and arrived at Community East Hospital early Tuesday morning has died, according to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department.
In a press release, IMPD Officer Samone Burris said the man was possibly injured in a shots fired incident in the 1800 block of Holloway Avenue.
Burris said there is no threat to the community.
The man was later identified as Daryl Webb, 19.

IMPD officers also responded to IU Health Methodist Hospital early Tuesday morning for a person who arrived with at least one apparent gunshot wound, Burris said.
The two incidents don't appear to be connected.
