CAMBRIDGE CITY — The Silver Alert declared for a Richmond man last seen Monday, May 9 was canceled as of 5 p.m. on Saturday, May 14.
Joel Alicea, 41, was missing from Richmond, according to the Indiana State Police. The Cambridge City Police Department is investigating his disappearance.
