INDIANAPOLIS — A man has been arrested in connection to the shooing death of a woman who was found dead inside a vehicle on Indianapolis' south side.
Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officers responded to the 300 block of Teddy Lane around 5 p.m. on Sept. 15 for a report of a person shot.
This location was near an apartment complex near the intersections of Troy Avenue and Madison Avenue.
Arriving officers located Rhonda Fox, 52, suffering from injuries consistent with that of a gunshot wound inside of a vehicle. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
Officers detained a 53-year-old Brian L. Fox at the scene as a person of interest. Brian Fox, Rhonda Fox's partner of 28 years, was charged with murder on Sept. 18, records show.
